1,000 Mile Challenge 2020
Burpees are awesome but they aren't everything. Whether you are looking to add something else on top of your burpees, or even *gasp* taking a break from burpees, this challenge is for you!
This is a yearly challenge to move 1,000 miles under the power of your own 2 legs! Biking, running, rucking, walking, hiking, and swimming all count! Miles on the treadmill or stationary bike count too (although we encourage you to get out into God's gym and enjoy some fresh air too!).
This is also a great challenge to start getting into shape with! Start with some easy walks around your block and progress to hikes, jogs, or weighted walks! Maybe all 1,000 miles will be bike miles for you? It is your challenge to make your own!
ALL MILES moved in 2020 (January 1st - December 31st) count! So if you run some races make sure you log it! Walk alot for work, log it! Black Friday shopping spree at the mall? Log it!
We will email you a spreadsheet you can use to track your miles when you register and at the end of the year we will send you an awesome patch to rock on your gear!
