The Quarantine Burpee Challenge
Are you under quarantine? Even if you aren't under full quarantine many of us are no longer able to go to the gym or participate in events. Well, as you know, we are all about doing workouts at home and getting bling for them! Here is the Burpee Quarantine Challenge! Hope you stocked up on toilet paper!
For this challenge you need to grab 2 rolls of toilet paper and get ready to do burpees! Place the toilet paper rolls on the ground just wider than your hands when in pushup position) When you go chest to ground you will need to lift your hands and touch the top of the toilet paper rolls. When you go up for your jump you will need to lift the toilet paper rolls above your head!
You will need to do 19 of these modified burpees per day until the quarantine is over or until the end of May (whichever comes first). For the 1st and last days of the challenge time yourself to benchmark and see what kind of progress you make!
We will have a video posted on our Facebook page demonstrating the requirements! As always, there is a patch which will be ordered and shipped after the challenge is complete!
